Nonna Gianna is a cooking school where Neapolitan gastronomic arts and traditions are handed down. Lessons take place within the Hotel Alpha, located in the center of Sant’Agnello in the Sorrento Peninsula.
During the courses, the chef will guide you in preparing the typical dishes of the local culinary tradition, with a lot of tips and tricks of the trade. In a cheerful and family context you will discover step by step the typical recipes and products of our land, used to make the various dishes.
Each participant will have his own station and dough to work with; a professional Sommelier will also take part in the lesson and will give you some advice on the combination of food / wine of the chosen menu.
From the eggplant parmigiana to the gnocchi alla sorrentina, from the zucchini scialatielli and provolone del Monaco to the famous Neapolitan pizza, from the inevitable sweet tiramisu to the Capri cake, the goal of each cooking class will be to convey to you the value and passion of Mediterranean cuisine.
There will be no lack of tasting time, you will have the opportunity to try the dishes you have made and return home with a wealth of emotions and new recipes to propose to family and friends.
