Professional Chef: after many years of experience in various awarded gourmet restaurants across Italy, the young talented Chef Michele Lauro Russo decided to return to his homeland, bringing his expertise to Sorrento, Capri, the Amalfi Coast and Positano.
As a great connoisseur of the territory and its gastronomic excellences, he exclusively uses locally sourced and zero-kilometer ingredients for his menus. Even for wines, his selection includes some labels from the best wineries of Campania Region.
His menus are maded with a deep respect of traditional recipes of southern Italy, skillfully prepared with innovative and contemporary techniques.
